The flexible KAESER V-belt drive
KAESER screw compressors with V-belt drive are convincing in their economy, efficiency and reliability. In fact KAESER was one of the first compressor manufacturers to implement V-belt drive. An important feature is the automatic tensioning device, which ensures constantly good transmission efficiency for the whole life-cycle of the rotary screw compressors. This, of course, reduces maintenance costs. Screw compressors with V-belt drive show their special flexibility when an increase in working pressure becomes necessary.

Save energy with the KAESER SIGMA PROFILE
Every KAESER airend is equipped with rotors featuring the energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE. Manufactured according to strict quality standards and supported by precision-aligned roller bearings they guarantee long operational life and outstanding reliability.

SIGMA CONTROL
The compressor controller is based on a rugged, updateable industrial computer with a real-time operating system. 'Traffic light' LEDs clearly indicate the operational status.

Automatic belt tensioning
The automatic belt tensioner ensures constantly good transmission efficiency and high drive system reliability.

Cooling air filter mats
Ambient air used for cooling is contaminated to some degree but the filter mats through which the air is drawn into the cabinet prevent premature clogging of the cooler.

Optimised separation system
The combination of optimum flow separation and special separator cartridge results in minimal fluid content of less than 2 mg/m³ in the outlet air . The maintenance needs of the separator system are extremely low.
